Anonymous party of 4 rated the food poor because,
"Nearly every dish expressed indifference. Pate' and crème brulee
were good." and writes on January 28, 2007, "We four had Prix Fixe
dinners with a bottle of wine. My beef dish was covered in an odd
gravy passing for a sauce. My daughter's entree was not good. She
said the restaurant smelled faintly of fish. The profiterole was
right from a refrigerator. Passable: pâté and crème brulee.
Sprinkling parsley or cocoa powder over a plate can't disguise
school cafeteria cooking.
I suggested to my companions, Sarasota residents, not to revisit Le
Parigot."
