Barbara Adelman party of 4 had Sushi, Edamame and full
Teppanyaki dinners and rated the food fair, because: "Edamame old
and cold table side food prepared very poorly" and writes on June
24, 2010, "I rated the service poor. We were seated and then made to
wait for a late party! The area we sat in was dirty including the
menus. The server was barely around and not at all friendly. We have
visited the other Jo To for years for special occasions and had
always had a great experience. This place is a dump in comparison.
Our chef never spoke to us or asked about any special occasion. He
barely put out any effort and ruined the food and ambiance.
When the check came I was shocked that they charge for refills on
fountain soda. We were charged over 13$ for flat pepsi. I would
never return and feel genuinely robbed. It was awful."
