food excellent because, "It was creative, flavorful and
beautifully presented." and write on 10/29/04: "We found this
restaurant while strolling St. Armands Circle, where there is no
lack of places to dine. But The Hungry Fox promised tree top
views of the circle, so we decided to try it out. Not only was
it the perfect bistro dining atmosphere, but the food was
fabulous. I had a perfectly prepared pork chop stuffed with
buffalo mozzarella, fresh figs and spinach (this was a special
created by the chef that day). My husband had a seafood dish
that had scallops and shrimp in a delicious cream sauce baked in
a pastry shell. The wait staff were well trained and
non-intrusive. The chef came out several times during our visit
to mingle with the patrons and talk about his dishes. It was so
nice to see the enthusiasm and pride that goes with such
creative work. "
