eaten at Euphemia Haye 4 times writes, "This is the tops! A
long, long way up Longboat Key, but worth the trip. The food is
simply stunning and huge in quantity. Tomato soup was literally
wolfed down and pate came with numerous salad items making it
almost a meal
in itself.
The wine list is extensive and allows you to overspend, but the
food makes
it worthwhile.
Peppered steak is very peppery, having been comprehensively
rolled in it before cooking. Fillet steak was also perfectly
cooked and a side order of vegetables is enough for at least
two. The sautéed Brussels sprouts are
sensational.
For dessert, we always go up to the Haye Loft. Apple and walnut
crumble is always first choice and talked about for days
afterwards."
