Charles Allen party of 2 rated the eggs, pancakes,
sausage on 1/5/10 as fair because "not cooked properly and served
cold" and writes: "It was a cold morning and there was no heat. Had
to wear a jacket. They were out of hot chocolate. The initial
service prompt but then was poor because it took a long time for
subsequent service, (drinks, etc.), and approx. 20 minutes to serve
breakfast. The breakfast sausage was cold, eggs were ordered over
medium, but received them cooked on the outside and uncooked on the
inside, (white was runny because the grill must have been too hot).
Food was served on cold plates. We spent $22.00 for breakfast and
had to go home and prepare our own food. Note: My wife and I have
eaten there many times with good comments, however, there has been a
definate decline in quality of service and preparation of food over
the last year. We still eat at other Denny's but haven't had these
problems. We won't return to eat at this particular location."
