Anonymous party of 2 had lunch at Beef O'Brady's in
North Port, FL and rated the Southwestern Egg Rolls, Boneless
Chicken Wings poor because, "The Southwestern Egg Rolls were
terribly bland, and they refused to take it off the bill because
they believe that customers who try to do this are only trying to "sample
the food"! They are much better at Chilis!" and writes on
January 27, 2007, "My first experience to this restaurant about 6
months ago- I had ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad which was
described on the menu as having a fresh romaine lettuce mix, when
the salad was delivered there was no romaine lettuce and instead it
was (not fresh) iceberg lettuce. I did not complain, and was willing
to give them another chance... On today's visit the server stated
they would not mix the mild and garlic sauce for our wings (even
though other Beef's will do this) because they have encountered a
problem which she would not describe. The second major "no -no" was
that our main meals arrived to the table before our appetizer did,
with no apologies. AND THE THIRD "LAST STRAW" WAS THAT Southwestern
Egg Rolls were terribly bland, and they refused to take it off the
bill because they believe that customers who try to do this are only
trying to "sample the food and then send it back!"! I had tried one
eggroll only and had never sent anything back before. When I asked
to see a manager, she said she was the manager, and that was the
owner's policy. The lack of customer service is appalling! Don't
waste your time or money at this location! They like to cut corners
and please themselves only..."
